Fees and Charges
Please contact our office to discuss course costs, traineeship options or current funding availability.
All Upskill Australia qualifications are subject to a non-refundable enrolment fee, to be paid at the time of enrolment.
Remaining fees can be paid at enrolment or in instalments.
No certificates, statements or transcripts will be issued without full fee payment. Payment can be cash, cheque, bank transfer, postal or money order (no credit or EFTPOS facilities are available).
Refunds
No refunds will be issued for enrolment fees.
Training participants can request a refund for course fees by submitting request formally in writing to Upskill Australia.
Upskill Australia will review all refund applications in line with the policy applied by TAFE NSW as required by the Approved Provider List guidelines
Any refund deemed payable will be processed by cheque.
Student Orientation
All students will participate in an orientation session at the beginning of their study. Generally these are interviews where the trainer will outline all the details of the qualification and answer any questions. During this meeting the trainer will obtain detailed contact information for our records and discuss our recognition process.
Disabilities Policy
Upskill Australia is committed to enrolling all eligible students into the qualification of their choice. At times students may require extra support and adjustments to be made.
The following points detail our approach:
- Adjustment – Some clients will require reasonable adjustment to be made to resources and programs. This adjustment must fall within the financial constraints of the program and the requirements of the Training Package. Financial and human resource support can be accessed where possible.
- Access – All premises should meet local council regulations pertaining to access by all individuals. Upskill Australia is committed to working with organisations to promote access to training and assessment to all members of our community.
Legislative Requirements
All personnel are required to be aware of their responsibilities in relation to the relevant Commonwealth and NSW legislative and regulatory requirements including:
- Occupational Health & Safety
- Work Cover NSW
- Anti-Discrimination Act including:
- Equal Opportunity
- Racial Discrimination
- Vocational Education and Training Accreditation (VETA) Act
- Child Protection Act
